Interwood Direct captures only the information needed to process an order for a customer, or to contact the customer for any reason relating to the original order.  Giving this information to Interwood Direct implies consent on the part of the consumer to use that information to properly process the order.  This information will not be distributed to third parties. 

Interwood Direct may choose to communicate with our customers, but they can opt-out at any time, by way of an email, telephone call or other means of correspondence indicating that they wish their name be removed from our database.  Interwood Direct follows a strict policy of acknowledging and taking action on these types of requests in a timely manner to ensure consumers’ privacy.  Any requests to have names removed from our database are processed within 72 hours of the receipt of that request and documented accordingly in a secure manner.
