Q:  How long does it normally take to ship?
A:  Orders will typically ship in 2-4 weeks.  However, you can upgrade to Express Delivery, and receive your order within 4 business days.  Please ask your operator for more details.

Q:  What if I make a mistake while ordering? How can I correct or cancel an order?
A:  Contact Customer Service toll-free at 1-866-5LAUREN (1-866-552-8736) between the hours of 9:00AM and 6:00PM EST Mon- Fri, and 10AM – 1PM EST Sun. If your order is less than 24 hours old, please request a Supervisor's assistance.

Q:  How long does the makeup last?
A:  This depends on the amount of coverage you need. On average, the kit should last between 1-3 months.

Q:  Do you do any animal testing?
A:  No. We do not do animal testing. Lauren was our only guinea pig.

Q:  What age do you have to be to use Lauren's makeup?
A:  Lauren Hutton’s Make Up is formulated for women 40+ with no mica, pearl or filler, all of which falls into lines and wrinkles making them more apparent. The powder formulations also have less pigment than "normal" make up because as women age their colour begins to fade so highly pigmented make up can give you that "clown" look, especially for a more experienced woman. Although it is formulated for women, 40+, Lauren’s god daughters who are all under twenty use her make up everyday. So the answer is it looks great at any age but is really made for women 40+.

Q:  Is Lauren Hutton's products hypoallergenic/fragrance free?
A:  Lauren's products are dermatologist tested and hypoallergenic. While we strive to create a product that is right for everyone, we suggest consulting your physician if you have any major concerns. Most of Lauren's products are fragrance free. However, our Skin Care products do contain some fragrance.

Q:  Do you offer a money back guarantee? What if I don’t like Good Stuff, or get the wrong colour?
A:  We offer a 30-Day return/exchange policy. If you choose the wrong colour, contact Customer Service and we will exchange it for the right colour. For returns/exchanges contact Customer Service at 1-866-5LAUREN (1-866-552-8736) (toll free).

Q:  Are your kits refillable or do I have to buy a whole new kit every time I run out of something?
A:  Our kits are designed with magnetized bottoms so that you can pop the empty pan out and replace the individual components.
