	The everyday use of Dream Body ™ helps to shape and mold your figure, with significant results. If Dream Body™ might seem too small or tight for you, don’t worry, you picked the right size! Stretch it with both hands and pull apart so that the fabric will relax, and feel how Dream Body’s™ SmartNet® fabric gently adjusts to your body as you are putting it on.	1. While standing up, hold waistband, insert your legs and slowly pull the garment upward to your hips as you do with a pantyhose. 2. To model your figure, once the undergarment reaches your hips insert the palm of your hand and move those bulging zones you wish to reduce, towards the recommended areas, while holding your Dream Body™ with the other hand, as shown: a. From the outer thighs to the butt. b. Fit your butt in the designed support lifting area. 3. Keep pulling your Dream Body™ up to the bust line. While pulling it up try to keep it from rolling to assure a perfect and comfortable fit. 4. Now hold your Dream Body™ with one hand and move those bulging zones you wish to reduce in the abdomen, up towards the bust line as shown. 5. Set the non-slip lace to your skin so that it adheres correctly right beneath the breasts. This adequately secures your Dream Body™ in place and prevents it from rolling down. 6. To remove your Dream Body™, lower the lace down toward your hips and then from the hips, down to the knees. Following this procedure will help you to prevent it from rolling down.
