How does the steam work? Can it sterilize?
The steam can kill the micro organism and germs that are harmful to human body.

There's no need to use detergents while you using Eco Steam Buddy. Therefore, micro organism and germs won't generate the antibody (against detergents,) and release the toxin again.

Eco Steam Buddy can be used 30 to 40 minutes continuously per tank (capacity: 2.2L), it helps to save the water resources.

By using Eco Steam Buddy, you can avoid the emissions of harmful chemicals, there's no pollutions occurred to the environment & customer. Besides, without using detergents, it will not damage the objects you clean.

Steam is gaseous, it will catch and dissolve small contamination dust while cleaning.

Why is Eco Steam Buddy so different? Is it better than other traditional steam cleaners?
The old cleaner is heating by boiler, the steam is moist and always dripping. But for Eco Steam Buddy, it sucks certain amount of water from the pump, then through the double vaporizer heating elements to generate the steam, it's dry and clean, will not leave a mess like traditional ones.

How long can I use Eco Steam Buddy continuously?
Depends on what level you use, high/ medium/ low. When you fill up the water tank, it can be used approx. 30 to 40 minutes continuously.

Is the mop reusable?
Yes, you can reuse the mop. It's recommended to wash it with detergents after each using.

What does water filter gel do?
The water filter is made of Japanese gel, it helps to reduce hardness like Ca & Mg in hard water, so it leaves less water stains on objects than other traditional cleaners. Also, it extends the cleaner's using life time.

How long is the life time of filter gel? Is there anything I should pay attention before using?
We recommend you to change the water filter annually. Take out the gel while not using the product, and put it in a cool and ventilated place. If the product is not in use for a period, we suggest you to soak the gel in water, make it fully wet before use it again.

How do I maintain my Eco Steam Buddy?
Let the device cool down completely before cleaning the device and emptying the water tank. Lift the handle and take the water tank out. Turn the water tank and carefully remove the cap. Pour out the remaining water in the tank. Never put decalcification agents into the water tank. We recommend you to fill the water tank with water once a month and agitate the tank to loosen calcification remains. Then empty the tank completely and let the appliance dry with an open tank. Wipe the appliance clean with a damp cloth if necessary and eventually with a mild cleaning agent.
