Read all the instructions before using the Relaxer Exercising.
Basic precautions should always be followed when using this electrical appliance to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or injury.

Warning
Use the Relaxer Exercising only as described in this manual. Use only the manufacturer’s recommended attachments.
Do NOT leave the Relaxer Exercising unattended whilst plugged in. Unplug from the socket when not in use and before storing, cleaning the appliance or undertaking maintenance operations.
Do NOT use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
Do NOT use if the mains lead, mains plug or appliance is damaged.
Do NOT use if the appliance has been dropped, left outdoors or come in to contact with water – consult a reputable service centre.
Do NOT pull or carry the appliance by the mains lead. Do NOT use the mains lead as a handle, Do NOT close a door on the mains lead or pull the mains lead around sharp edges or corners.
Keep the mains lead and Relaxer Exercising away from heat sources.
Turn off all controls before plugging/unplugging.
Do NOT unplug by pulling on the mains lead. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
Do NOT handle the plug or use the appliance with wet hands.
The use of extension leads is not recommended. Where this is not practical, ensure the extension lead and mains outlet have adequate current carrying capacity.
Store the appliance in a cool dry place.
This appliance is NOT intended for use by children or infirm people without supervision. Young children should be supervised to ensure they do NOT use or play with the appliance.
Do NOT immerse in water. Use a damp cloth to wipe the appliance clean.
This machine is designed for private use only, not for commercial purpose.
The machine will automatically shut down when too much pressure is applied on it
Be careful not to get the power wire caught under the exercise panel
Do not try to dismantle the machine
Do not stand on the machine
The Relaxer Exercising is not suitable for the following:
- People under medication
- People suffering from Hemophilia
- Under the influence of alcohol
- Children under the age of 16 years.
Prior to using Relaxer Exercising, please consult your doctor if you have any concerns regarding your health.
Overview of Components:

Operation guidelines
- Connect the Relaxer Exercising to the mains and turn the power switch on.
- Press ON/OFF button on the control panel
- Select one of the three modes (Low, Middle and High ) by pressing the relevant mode button and the indicator light on selector will turn on and Relaxer Exercising will start within two seconds.
- Relaxer Exercising will automatically shut down after 5 minutes if used continuously exercising in the same mode. Press ON/OFF button to start again.
- To achieve best workout result, we strongly recommend to start exercise with Low mode, then Middle mode and finish with High mode.
- Select the correct speed according to your fitness.
- To stop the Relaxer Exercising, press ON/OFF button, turn the power switch off and unplug the Relaxer Exercising from the mains.
Methods to relax your body
Figure 1: Relax your thigh
Place a pillow on a flat surface, and put the Relaxer Exercising on the pillow, sit yourself on the flat surface with your back slightly backward. Follow the operation guideline to start the exercise.
Figure 2: Relax your sole and heel
Locate the device on a flat surface, sitting on a chair and place your sole and heel on the Relaxer Exercising. Follow the operation guideline to start the exercise.

Place the equipment on a level surface, place your calf on the exercising panel. Follow the operation guideline to start the exercise.

These are the ways to relax your elbow as well as cheek, temple and Neck. Follow the operation guideline to start the exercise.

- Hold to the bracket on exercise panel slightly, and put your forearm on the panel.
Follow the operation guideline to start the exercise.
- Lean slightly forward, and put your arm on the Panel ( slightly turn your right arm clockwise and slightly turn your left arm Counter-clockwise ). Follow the operation guideline to start the exercise.
- Sit on flat surface with your legs crossed, and place the Relaxer Exercising on your legs with your hand grabbing the bracket Slightly. Always hold the bracket slightly and relax your arm. Follow the operation guideline to start the exercise.

1. Sit on a chair and hold the Relaxer Exercising and lean your abdomen towards the exercise panel. Follow the operation guideline to start the exercise.
2. Place the Relaxer Exercising on a chair and lean your back towards the Panel. Follow the operation guideline to start the exercise.

1. Lie down and place the equipment on your buttocks with the exercise panel face down. Follow the operation guideline to start the exercise.
2. Always try to keep the balance of the Relaxer Exercising on your buttocks.
Caution - this exercise requires a second person to place the equipment in place, and to support it while the exercise is being followed. This will avoid the equipment falling and causing potential damage.
Special workout notes
- Choose suitable place and posture to exercise and relax.
- Do not exercise at certain posture more than 10 minutes
- Take a rest after 30 minutes workout.
- Wear cotton cloth while exercising as vibration can cause rashes by rubbing the cloth against your skin.
- Stop exercise, if you feel uncomfortable or abnormal, such as chest pain, dizziness etc.
- Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program to see whether it is suitable for you to exercise with this equipment.
