As Genie dries, it fills in the lines and creases. It can take anywhere from 1-3 minutes to dry depending on the size of the area where it is used (the larger the area, the longer the drying time). |
| Does Genie wash off in water? |
Yes, Genie will wash off at the end off the day when you cleanse your skin. |

You are using too thick of a layer. Just apply moisturizer on top of the Genie and the white line will disappear. Next time you apply, use a thinner application. |
| TROUBLESHOOTING ANSWERS |
If you are not getting the coverage you need to reduce the appearance of the fine lines and wrinkles, multiple "layers" may be applied. Just make sure each layer dries thoroughly (to the touch) before the next layer is applied. Multiple thin layers will look better than one"thick" layer.
If it is not lasting very long, make sure your skin is free of oil before applying and lasts longest if used on top of make-up. |
