Step 1
First place both feet inside the New Body Shaper.   Hold on to the New Body Shaper with both hands and pull up.

Step 2
When the New Body Shaper is over the abdomen smooth over before pulling up arm straps.

Step 3
Next place one arm into arm straps (in the same way you would wear a one piece bathing suit). Smooth out strap so it rests comfortably on the shoulder.

Step 4
Lastly, pull the other strap over the other shoulder and smooth out so it rests comfortably on the shoulder.
