Trial Effects of neuromuscular electrical stimulation on static and dynamic abdominal strength and endurance in healthy males
Result The trials showed significant increases in muscle strength!
Method Trials were carried out on 16 healthy male volunteers over a 42 day period. Subjects underwent 30-minute daily CSITM stimulation; the control group undertook no specific abdominal training. Muscle strength was assessed at 14 days, 28 days and 42 days. The results showed significant increases in the muscle stimulation group (in the region of 20-25%) supporting the hypothesis that CSI technology can cause an increase in the strength of the abdominal muscles over a 28-day period.

Trial The effects of electrical muscle stimulation - a controlled study
Result 91% of subjects reported an improvement in firmness!
Method The trial was carried out by Bio-Medical Research Institute in Galway, Ireland over an 8 week period. 72 women, 18 years or older, of steady weight and exercise patterns received a minimum of 40 sessions of C.S.I. technology on the abdomen over an 8 week period. Groups were balanced according to body mass index, exercise patterns and age. 91.67% of subjects reported an improvement in firmness.
