	Does it work?
	Yes. The technology used in the Slendertone Flex units has been clinically proven to work.An 8-week independent user trial showed*: 1.4 inch (3.5cm) average waist reduction 49% increase in abdominal strength 72% increase in sit-up performance 100% of subjects reported firmer and flatter abdomens

	Is it safe?
	Yes. The Slendertone FLEX range carries the CE symbol and also conforms to the requirements of the Medical Device Directive (93/42/EEC). Slendertone Flex was also the first abdominal toning belt cleared for sale by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) in the USA.

	How often do I need to use my FLEX unit?
	Used daily you should see results in 4-8 weeks. Then use it 2 to 3 times a week to maintain the result.

	Can I share my FLEX unit with my partner?
	Yes. However it means you will lose the benefits of the smart training system and the pads will wear quicker as they will need to be re-positioned for your partner unless you are both the same size.

	Is there a difference between the male and female FLEX belts?
	Yes. The length and shape of the belts have been specifically designed to suit either the male or female body. (Note: the male unit intensity is also stronger)

	How often do I have to replace the pads?
	The length of time the pads last is dependant on a number of factors including your skin type, how the pads are stored, frequency of use etc. Used daily and in normal circumstances pads should last approx. 20 sessions. Please note it is important that pads are maintained and stored in accordance with the instructions in the pad user manual.

	What does it feel like?
	If you haven't used a Slendertone product before, you may find it an unusual sensation, but a pleasant one. You will feel a mild pulsing sensation, followed by some tightening of the abdominal muscles. The muscles should contract smoothly, hold themselves in a tensed position for a few seconds and gently relax again.
