How to use Twist & Shape?
First, step on one of your leg, then step the other leg on the machine. Shake your body together with the machine, arms like the posture of running. You can do it either from left to right rotating or from upper to down waving. To help your upper bodylines more vigorous, you can also use the two power cords to shape your shoulder, back muscle, or arms.
Obstruction adjusting:
Here is one way if you would like to have stronger exercise.
Place your legs to the front pedals (near LCD displayer) will bring you to have stronger exercise with greater obstruction. However, back pedals will be more relax for the exercise.
How to display the monitor?
Press orange button (MODE) to start display, choose the function you would like to do.
(STOP): Will show STOP words while stopping.
(SCAN): Press orange (MODE) key, LCD displayer will scan in five second for time, count, calorie, and number of exercise during each minute.
(TIME): Accumulate activity time.
(COUNT): Accumulate the number of times for each exercise.
(CALORIE): Accumulate calorie at time of exercise.
(STRIDES/MIN): Detect and examine the number of times during every minute.
